Pros

Unlimited Vacation and WFH, most people are super nice and very friendly, offices were very fun

Cons

Worst insurance plan I've seen, might as well stay with obamacare / bidencare. Very shady company communications, C-level executives do not share anything with employees, success does not depend on you since there is a lot of favoritism happening in the company. Pay is WAYYY below average on what people make on the same position, since K1 took the company everything went down the drain. Basically if you can avoid working here that would be my recommendation to you!

Hey there, I want to thank you for taking the time to share your experience of GoCanvas with the Glassdoor community, especially when you are very clearly unhappy at present. Obviously, by the artifact that you have a tenure of 3-4 years, you have not always been dissatisfied at GoCanvas, and by your own review we are a friendly, and welcoming team and you enjoyed our office culture. I am truly sorry to hear that you have changed your opinion recently, and want to assure you that I am available to chat with you directly (just slack me) or anonymously (ping me via a 'suggestion' in OfficeVibe) any time at all. I would relish understanding your observations more clearly, so I can work to make everyone's experience more positive. Once again thanks for taking the time to share - hopefully, I'll connect with you soon. Rae

Pros

Flexible PTO (though this is changing). Work-life balance was decent, especially earlier on. My customers were the best part of the role, and I genuinely felt for them as they navigated a significant amount of organizational change.

Cons

I stayed longer than I probably should have because the strongest parts of my experience were early on. After the acquisition, the culture shifted enough that many people started reevaluating their time here. It became more process-heavy, less transparent, and much more rigid than before. Management experiences varied widely. At one point, I went months without a clear direct manager or consistent point of contact, which created confusion around ownership and expectations.
