We have a focus of promoting from within and a history of former team members who joined us as junior team members or directly from college, that grew their career and graduated from us into dream roles in other companies. I agree that especially in a remote and hybrid environment that the nuances of each team are more pronounced. At GoCanvas, some teams express and emphasise some values more than others, so teams can feel a little different. However, each team member can point to examples they have experienced of all our values being lived out within their teams, and do so twice a year as a part of our check-in process.
