Hey there, thanks for taking the time to share your opinions with the Glassdoor community. Firstly, thank you for your many contributions! With a tenure like yours of 3-4 years, you would have been involved in, and had your fingerprints on, a lot of our innovations, from Toolkits to Webforms, not to mention how we all came together during COVID. You are absolutely correct that the last time we had a total revamp of the images on our website was some years ago now, and since then our focus has been on navigating COVID whilst supporting our team and subscribers. Whilst updating the website with all of the new faces has not been a priority, and significantly more difficult as we are now a remote-first company and our team members can no longer come in to get their photos taken. Diversity in hiring has remained core for us however, so much so that diversity has remained steady overall at GoCanvas, and increased in some groups - such as our Executive Team.
