Pros

Great People Good benefits product is good too.

Cons

No stability. The company's vision has changed and somewhere along the way they lost their culture and values.n They don't seem to value their employees. They overwork and under pay their employees. People are leaving because they dont feel appreciated. Only if management would listen to their people, pay them more and make them feel valued they'd stay. After the merger things are even more uncertain and its chaos. Join if you can put up with all that otherwise run far away.

Hey there, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the Glassdoor community! I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way and have come to these conclusions. I assure you that our team is the most important priority we have. So much so that all of our leaders are trained in servant leadership. We believe that it is a supported, fulfilled, engaged team that does the best work of their lives and in so doing, produces the best products and gives the best service to our customers. Your review shows that you are a current employee - I would highly encourage you to reach out to me directly via Slack, or anonymously if you prefer via our engagement platform. Also please know there are open-door policies across the board - our CEO meets regularly with team members to understand their experience and concerns, and our head of people encourages team members to book themselves directly into her calendar. However if direct conversations aren't your thing we have the anonymous question app that goes directly to the CEO. Thank you for taking the time to share, I look forward to working with you to further improve your experience!

Pros

Flexible PTO (though this is changing). Work-life balance was decent, especially earlier on. My customers were the best part of the role, and I genuinely felt for them as they navigated a significant amount of organizational change.

Cons

I stayed longer than I probably should have because the strongest parts of my experience were early on. After the acquisition, the culture shifted enough that many people started reevaluating their time here. It became more process-heavy, less transparent, and much more rigid than before. Management experiences varied widely. At one point, I went months without a clear direct manager or consistent point of contact, which created confusion around ownership and expectations.
