Pros

Unlimited PTO was always great, flexible work from home of course and at the time I was there it wasn't much Micromanagement going on. I guess if you are starting out in sales then this isn't too bad.

Cons

1. Horrible pay and as a small startup company like this I am not sure why the base pay wasn't higher, especially for BDR's they do so much for little pay. 2. Favoritism to whoever was hitting their quota was treated like royalty but if you struggled to hit they barely look your way. 3. POC (People of Color) was treated secondary to people who weren't. I felt a lack of support, and when you do reach out they can't relate. 4. This company claims they are invested in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion but you barely see POC in higher-up positions and treated differently than everyone else. 5. Changes after changes just look like no one knows what they are doing!! 6. Exit interview was so rude and I won't say names because I definitely can. But the way I was treated as POC was disgusting. 7. Don't work here if you can find better go get find better. Too many amazing companies that will pay you your worth and better company management. 8. No room for growth at all.

Pros

Flexible PTO (though this is changing). Work-life balance was decent, especially earlier on. My customers were the best part of the role, and I genuinely felt for them as they navigated a significant amount of organizational change.

Cons

I stayed longer than I probably should have because the strongest parts of my experience were early on. After the acquisition, the culture shifted enough that many people started reevaluating their time here. It became more process-heavy, less transparent, and much more rigid than before. Management experiences varied widely. At one point, I went months without a clear direct manager or consistent point of contact, which created confusion around ownership and expectations.
