Pros

Go Daddy has great benefits, but they do not care about anything but making money.

Cons

Management, Employee Treatment, Breaks, Lunch, Culture, Politics, Customer Service, Knowledge, Hours, Pay, Bonus. This company is a classic bait and switch. They make it look like a good and fun place to work, then you become a numbered production machine that is treated inhuman. 30 min lunch sucks , hours are crap, they don't care if you have time with your family, office politics and friend nepotism is horrible. Seriously, don't work here.

We offer a generous time off plan where in the first year you can accrue 15 days of vacation, 2 personal days and 5 sick days. - We have also implemented the option for 30, 45 or 60 minute lunches. This allows you to pick what works best for you. - We are a 24/7 Care Center and offer a wide array of shifts options. Allowing for many different work hours. - In regards to the perception of favoritism we have published a career path strategy that outlines the certifications, knowledge and traits needed to move to other roles in the company. The ability to maintain the minimum expectations in your current role is a must, the ability to consult and understand the customers’ business will be necessary for some of the roles, but not for others. This guide has helped to clearly identify roles in the company that many may not of known existed as well as clear outline on how to prepare yourself to be a great candidate when applying. - You'll be worked like a slave, told when you can take your breaks and lunches. - Boy's Club. If you're in it, you can get away with lying to customers, breaking company policy, and basically whatever you want. If you're not part of it, watch your back, you'll be hyper-scrutinized for every action you take. - Commissions are capped, so top performers are limited. - This is not a true sales job, you are taking inbound customer service calls and will be expected to do technical support and deal with escalated inbound customers. - Much of the job has been outsourced to a Business Partner Organization (BPO) in the Philippines. Because they aren't true GoDaddy employees, they are allowed to operate like the wild wild west. Lying to customers, selling them duplicate products, deleting things from their accounts and reselling them the same product. Basically a complete legal nightmare... but you aren't allowed to complain about it and you are expected to fix all the problems they create.
