Besides the valuable learning experiences, this company has provided me with incredible support and meaningful benefits. I've had the privilege of meeting truly inspiring people who have made a lasting impact on me. What means the most is that I feel genuinely seen, appreciated, and motivated every day I come to work.

Cons

Would love to see more outdoor team-building activities :)

Pros

PTO was great. Lots of vacation, personal time, sick time. They give less time off now, but because of my tenure I was grandfathered in to a better benefits package.

Cons

To work in the US, you would need to be in sales or some kind of engineer or analyst. Majority of support for US customers has been outsourced to other countries.

Gone downhill with new CEO

Pros

worked here for 5 ish years, loved my time here. Coworkers and direct supervisors were wonderful. Once they went public things got dicey.

Cons

The new CEO (Aman) came in and fired 800 people via an email, went from feeling like you were working towards a career to knowing your'e a small fish in someone else's pond. He ruined the culture.
