Pros
The culture here is amazing, and the management team does not micromanage. There is plenty of autonomy to work on projects. There are amazing opportunities to grow professionally and so many chances to gain new skill sets. If you are driven, focused, down to earth, and a genuine person who really cares for others, you will love working here. We also get spoiled here - the best ergonomic chairs, stand-up desks, open office space, free lunch and snacks and drinks every day. We listen to cool music in the office and we have plenty of fun things around the office we can do to unwind.
Cons
The work can be hard on your emotions. It's tough reading so many sad stories each day, but it's definitely worth it. Also, if you don't want to stare at a computer for 40 hours a week, this job won't be for you.
