Great people and strong engineering culture. I’ve had the chance to work with very talented and supportive teammates. The company is also very flexible. If you want to explore a different area or team, there are good opportunities to move internally. I also like the approach to AI. The company is investing in the right tools and encourages everyone to experiment and find the best ways to use them, instead of forcing a specific workflow.

Cons

As the company grows, some processes naturally become more complex, but nothing that has had a big impact on my day to day work.
