As with any law firm there is a conflict over billable hours and paralegals usually have to do direct and indirect work for clients that they don't get credit for...which affects their salary and their perceived importance in the firm. No cross training with other divisions to promote continued learning of other areas of the law and thereby providing better value to the firm and their clients. Changes in management produced too many negative changes.
