Pros

Alot of technologies to grow your experience on. Decent Pay Decent Benefits

Cons

Management that requires people to only agree with them otherwise your career will be short lived. Management in roles they are not prepared for that will put the firm at risk.

Pros

We all come to work to get a paycheck. However, we stay for the excellent working environment and being surrounded by good people. I have been so impressed by the quality of the work we produce as a team and truly enjoy coming to work each day. I enjoy being in downtown Milwaukee and our new office building is wonderful. We have a free work-out facility in the building and it's easy to walk the lakefront over lunch. We are close to the Public Market and the Summerfest grounds too. The 401(k) and profit-sharing plans are generous and the profit-sharing plan rewards employees' tenure with the firm which is greatly appreciated!

Cons

Parking is expensive, but the firm subsidizes a portion for all employees. Work can be demanding (as it should be), but everyone pitches in to help others out when overwhelmed or when one is simply out of the office.
