Pros
Smart people doing good work in a generally congenial work environment. Decent compensation, without the ongoing expectation of insane work hours.
Cons
If you are in one of the satellite offices (i.e., anywhere outside of Milwaukee), you will need to spend a fair amount of effort getting in front of the Milwaukee powers-that-be to ensure advancement. Communication regarding partnership chances seems lacking.
