      Pros

      Flexible scheduling, No point system

      Cons

      Not a good work environment very hostile. Dirty shop, old equipment and tools. Pay is very low and no ventilation in the shop from welding fumes. Pay is so bad they don’t even want you to talk about salary with co workers.

      Goodhart Sons is a 4th generation family-owned business and it's clear that they really care about culture. Through employee benefits, appreciation events, and other initiatives, I've really felt like a valued member of the team. I'm looking forward to building my career here.
