Favoritism and no accountability. All I did was grunt work cleaning the burn table & swept up. The whole place is a dump, it’s dirty & unsanitary everywhere. They don’t even have ventilation which is pathetic. But they’ll put u in a hot box crawl space & do weld passes with smoke everywhere around u. I treat others the way I want be treated & they did none of that. They disregard any problems or concerns u have with the company & have no respect towards u. They’ll give u last min working weekend notifications whether u have stuff planned or not. (You’ll be shunned if u don’t show up.) If u treat me like trash & think l’m just a number bouncing me to different working areas, I’m gonna look elsewhere. I was made to put on a yellow hazmat suit for hosing ‘solution’ on a gig for a whole day (like this has anything to do with welding/fabrication.) If you’re not in there inner circle of “family” they treat u like an outsider. Jobs that claim that are “family” are toxic. “At this job we’re family.” No we’re co-workers, we’re in a shop not a Vin Diesel movie. What do u think this is Fast & Furious 10 dollars an hr? Hate to disappoint u but I applied to 40 other “families” this week. We’re not family we’re acquaintances who keep our lunches in the same fridge. THIS IS JUST A JOB. Last thing, I was told last min to travel a week doing that boring solo cup contracting job that nobody likes & I didn’t even volunteer for it. But hey no communication on that, so if u don’t care then I don’t care. I wasn't a fan of management making promises they can't keep. These management/HR hypocrites always have multiple meetings everyday. It’s all talk. Dont apply here if you’re a welder/fab. & get dirty everyday. I don't miss it here at all it’s a joke. I’m way happier elsewhere & get treated good.

Not a good work environment very hostile. Dirty shop, old equipment and tools. Pay is very low and no ventilation in the shop from welding fumes. Pay is so bad they don’t even want you to talk about salary with co workers.
