Pros
Always something to do which makes the day go by fast. Some employees really appreciate their job because they were hired with a criminal background when other jobs wouldn't accept them.
Cons
Lack of communication between management. Not enough guidance for new employees who exhibit mental health related struggles or substance abuse issues. I was personally taking initiative to tackle issues that management seemed to push aside. For example, growing tension between two employees that eventually got out of hand, as well as SH and on the job intoxication.
