Pros

The mission - great to have a job that helps people Average pay, good benefits at first but then they started reducing benefits and charging more Loved my employees If you are upper management or office workers this place is a breeze, but if you work the retail or aftermarket areas beware

Cons

Salaried workers are highly overworked (60-70 hours per week) High turnover rate Upper management completely out of touch with mission (becoming too corporate at expense of mission and employees) Very low employee morale Company claims to have 'values' but work environment does not reflect them Really poor pay for lower level jobs vs work expectations Definite favoritism (rules only apply to some) Management not at all interested in making improvements for employees Discrimination and back stabbing

Pros

Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

Cons

Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
