Wonderful staff Helping the community. Heling staff overcome and work with various barriers.

Cons

This company wants managers to excel but they have a severe problem with existing store managers. I had the worst experience. I worked with a loose cannon manager who also had no concern for any of his employees. He was actually disgusted by them. He would be in agreement about an issue then turn his back and go against what he originally said. Flakey. I found this behaviour unprofessional juevanile and showed lack of leadership.

There is not a single "pro" to be listed.

Cons

The entire corporate office is beyond ignorant. Completely out of touch with reality, price gouging customers trying to raise profit margins for the non profit. Everyday at any second one call from corporate and there is a change to how everything has to be done, usually causing more issues only to blame people who had nothing to do with their ideas. They don't let the store manager be a store manager.. in fact, I'll sum up everything you need to know in one sentence.. they went as far as to install systems to remotely control the thermostat from their comfy corporate office. Imagine not just the employees but the customers constantly complaining. That is how out of touch with reality they all are.
