Pros
Great opportunity to work with many different cultures and people with learning disabilities. Good teamwork and benefits for full time workers. The company serves the community by providing jobs to individuals who are otherwise unemployable.
Cons
The only positions hired "off the street" are entry level. All others are promoted from within, which could also be considered a pro. Some policies are subjective with many different voices and no one designated as the "last word".
