      Pros

      Worked in the field and I wasn't confined to the office daily. The training sites for the clients were impressive. Goodwill cares about the community. Co workers were supportive

      The pay wasn't that great. Management was all over the place. Every month procedures were changed.

      Pros

      Great manager and team members. Flexible work schedule and easy workplace. I am familiar in local community and its work culture.

      Cons

      Slow response from Goodwill hiring management. Even though their career website have available job positions in locations where I live nearby, but I wish I get response from hiring management to have an interview and move forward with hiring process.
