Pros

Fun work environment, opportunities for advancement

Cons

This is a very money hungry company, pay is not competitive , and I feel that the company doesn't take good enough care of its employees. I feel like Goodwill has lost its sense of direction with helping people and how to care for its employees. They are always pushing the prices up as high as they possibly can. People in need as well as everyone else that shops Goodwill, are slowly starting to discontinue shopping with the company and going elsewhere. This is not helping company sales which is leading to employees not getting annual raises, among other things. They greedily spend money on non necessary things when that money could go towards more important and necessary things.

Pros

There is not a single "pro" to be listed.

Cons

The entire corporate office is beyond ignorant. Completely out of touch with reality, price gouging customers trying to raise profit margins for the non profit. Everyday at any second one call from corporate and there is a change to how everything has to be done, usually causing more issues only to blame people who had nothing to do with their ideas. They don't let the store manager be a store manager.. in fact, I'll sum up everything you need to know in one sentence.. they went as far as to install systems to remotely control the thermostat from their comfy corporate office. Imagine not just the employees but the customers constantly complaining. That is how out of touch with reality they all are.
