      Pros

      I allowed people with disabilities and barriers to employment an opportunity to be an active member in society and earn a paycheck

      Cons

      I think that management should have been trained better. The was a lack of fairness within the company as a whole.

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
