Last year, they placed 10,178 people in jobs and served 66,841 people. Employees stay with Goodwill and are dedicated to the mission. Great benefits and very well run company.Senior management is excellent, knowledgeable and fair, except for one.
Cons
Rethink, reevaluate HR, HR management, and power base. Too much power in the VP of HR hands. Be aware you will put in overtime if you are a manager and you are salaried so you will not get paid overtime.
