Pros

Great co workers, pay rate of $15.00 hr. ( King county minimum wage for ALL employees ) We CAN shop at the store we work at w/ 20% discount. Lots of different ages and races so no judgement of your looks or age etc.

Cons

The insurance was not clearly described to me in a timely manner and if I lose my state insurance before next year I will have to quit. It's also pretty pricey but I guess most are. Just seems like people barely getting back to work should get to keep their Medicaid up to 1 year especially if they had not worked or have health problems. I was told I had to decide that minute if I wanted their insurance. Also can only buy at one register which always has huge line. Just kind of annoying.

Pros

There is not a single "pro" to be listed.

Cons

The entire corporate office is beyond ignorant. Completely out of touch with reality, price gouging customers trying to raise profit margins for the non profit. Everyday at any second one call from corporate and there is a change to how everything has to be done, usually causing more issues only to blame people who had nothing to do with their ideas. They don't let the store manager be a store manager.. in fact, I'll sum up everything you need to know in one sentence.. they went as far as to install systems to remotely control the thermostat from their comfy corporate office. Imagine not just the employees but the customers constantly complaining. That is how out of touch with reality they all are.
