Pros

What they can do with and for people that need help. Many are in need and this company is all over Ct, so it is them or no one, kind of. They could do so much more good for people.

Cons

Upper management does not see what is going on. They are in their own world and don't care. No job is safe and cut throat managers look like the only who survive, and they treat their employees really bad too. They believe in management by threats of your job and quick firings to back up what they say. Many employees try to work hard, or complain, but no one cares to listen. Just look at how many employees quit, not just how many are fired.

Pros

Great pay, good team, flexibility and decent work

Cons

Dusty sometimes and some of the stuff can be gross but that's just part of working at a thrift store, having to handle that stuff

Pros

Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

Cons

Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
