      Interested in helping members of the community "achieve their employment goals" , encouraging people to help the environment by donating used goods to keep them out of landfills.

      Cons

      Customer and employee attitudes, many employees are simply given a job and not given opportunities passed that.

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
