      Pros

      You are able to enjoy the quality of life.

      Cons

      The wages are low. There are dishonest Store Managers. There are a tremendous amount of favoritism shown by the District Managers towards certain Store Managers. There isn't enough support for employees when needed for business or personal matters. The upper management only worry about bottom line.

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
