Pros

Most customers & co-workers were pleasant & easy to work with.

Cons

High prices for 100% donated merchandise is not reflected in the wages for the employees who do all the hard work & the benefits that employees have to pay for are nothing to brag about. One of my co-worker who'd been there a number of years lost everything in a house-fire & Goodwill wouldn't even give them a blanket.

There is not a single "pro" to be listed.

Cons

The entire corporate office is beyond ignorant. Completely out of touch with reality, price gouging customers trying to raise profit margins for the non profit. Everyday at any second one call from corporate and there is a change to how everything has to be done, usually causing more issues only to blame people who had nothing to do with their ideas. They don't let the store manager be a store manager.. in fact, I'll sum up everything you need to know in one sentence.. they went as far as to install systems to remotely control the thermostat from their comfy corporate office. Imagine not just the employees but the customers constantly complaining. That is how out of touch with reality they all are.
