Pros
Working in-doors, lots of local people from the neighborhood working/shopping there
Cons
Pay, and quota. Now i have worked with quotas before but what they are asking in unrealistic and the methods the management uses makes no sense for the indivual employee. 2 computers for 16 people to print labels sometimes you have to wait 2 hours to use it, but remember you have to hit quota!! the quota breaks down to 2 bucks a minute but the items we have to choose from come from literal trash bins
