Pros

Ability to learn new information on antiques or vintage items

Cons

No formal training, you are started off sitting with an employee and taught how to list items on the website, however, each lister posts information differently making each new person learn differently from one person to the next. Management does not care about you, only your ability to reach the listing goal and if you are not up to par at meeting the goal you will not receive any training or help, you will be terminated, unless you know the manager personally out side of work. Mental illness is seen as a complication and it will be held against you, the management WILL NOT understand or care. No opportunity for raises, only the ability to reach "Incentive Pay", which will be made harder to obtain if you do achieve it. Policies will be made and enforced one week only to be completely forgotten the next.

Pros

There is not a single "pro" to be listed.

Cons

The entire corporate office is beyond ignorant. Completely out of touch with reality, price gouging customers trying to raise profit margins for the non profit. Everyday at any second one call from corporate and there is a change to how everything has to be done, usually causing more issues only to blame people who had nothing to do with their ideas. They don't let the store manager be a store manager.. in fact, I'll sum up everything you need to know in one sentence.. they went as far as to install systems to remotely control the thermostat from their comfy corporate office. Imagine not just the employees but the customers constantly complaining. That is how out of touch with reality they all are.
