Pros

Paid well, 20% off already cheap products, employees are awesome!

Cons

Management really sucks. My training was 6-weeks long and wasn't completed because they don't know how to train people. Then get mad at you because you don't know how to do things you should know how to do. If you want to move up in the company, you can't move up in your own store. You have to go on a 2-year "career path" then move to a different location.

Pros

Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

Cons

Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
