      Management is disrespectful towards employees and volunteers. Morale amongst all is down due to being treated so badly. Don’t waste your time applying and interviewing, it goes down hill fast, people don’t stay for long.

      Pros

      Great manager and team members. Flexible work schedule and easy workplace. I am familiar in local community and its work culture.

      Cons

      Slow response from Goodwill hiring management. Even though their career website have available job positions in locations where I live nearby, but I wish I get response from hiring management to have an interview and move forward with hiring process.
