Pros
Diversity of coworkers. A sense of teamwork at all times during the day. Support from management if needing help. Knowing working here gives people a chance to get a job through the many programs Goodwill offers.
Cons
Limited advancement opportunities. they basically will only promote from within if you know all areas of the store including cashiering, donations, production, and opening/closing. Goodwill also is lacking in the salary department compared to the amount of work required.
