Good environment. Treats employees decently.
Cons
Little to no chances for raises. Been working with Goodwill for 3 years and have not gotten one raise, and am denied when I ask because it’s company policy to only give one raise a year- and if you’re not eligible for a raise at that time, you have to wait a whole ‘nother year to have a chance to get a raise or be denied again. No advancement opportunities.
