      Pros

      Some nice employees to work with.

      Cons

      Sexual Harassment no- follow-up with complaints. Hire Mangers in charges of team members with disabilities that fail drug test Upper Management fully aware. Good old boys club. Some old girls are grandfathered in. Husband and wife are CEO and Upper Management. Also Husband and Wife on Board conflict of interest.

      Pros

      Great manager and team members. Flexible work schedule and easy workplace. I am familiar in local community and its work culture.

      Cons

      Slow response from Goodwill hiring management. Even though their career website have available job positions in locations where I live nearby, but I wish I get response from hiring management to have an interview and move forward with hiring process.
