Pros
It is a good learning experience. Organization and decision skills improve. Tasks can be simple. Environment is enjoyable and can be relaxing.
Cons
The hard floors are killer on the knees and back. Sometimes customers can be quite rude and can donate pure garbage which they expect you to deal with. I've had to deal with poopy diapers and rat nests. The management treated us workers like thieves and threatened to place cameras everywhere to watch us.
