      Friendly people, great purpose and mission. Opportunity to grow. Tuition reimbursement, focus on health such as weight watchers and smoking cessation programs

      pay is kind of low, high turnover, health insurance is almost none

      Pros

      Great manager and team members. Flexible work schedule and easy workplace. I am familiar in local community and its work culture.

      Cons

      Slow response from Goodwill hiring management. Even though their career website have available job positions in locations where I live nearby, but I wish I get response from hiring management to have an interview and move forward with hiring process.
