Pros
It's a great company that helps out people with disabilities and disadvantages. It helps people get jobs and training for many things
Cons
To me it's another job that you're not guaranteed to have weekends and holidays off. For my position they're only two other employees that do what I do, so it's hard to get time off. Love working to help others, but it's stressful with some of the activities that we have to do
