Pros

I had the opportunity to move from the back sorting and pricing to a cashier position. It was very good to learn how the operation worked and would of loved to trained for a management position if I would have been able to stay.

Cons

The only challenge I had was my schedule of working nights and weekends. My family life did not adjust to the schedule

There is not a single "pro" to be listed.

Cons

The entire corporate office is beyond ignorant. Completely out of touch with reality, price gouging customers trying to raise profit margins for the non profit. Everyday at any second one call from corporate and there is a change to how everything has to be done, usually causing more issues only to blame people who had nothing to do with their ideas. They don't let the store manager be a store manager.. in fact, I'll sum up everything you need to know in one sentence.. they went as far as to install systems to remotely control the thermostat from their comfy corporate office. Imagine not just the employees but the customers constantly complaining. That is how out of touch with reality they all are.
