Pros

Employees work well as a team and willing to help when you need assistance. Leadership is accessible and compensation is on par with industry.

Cons

Turnover is high which can cause teams to change often. Department is goal oriented so if others are not pulling their own weight, your perks can decrease. Hours are inconsistent but not unusual for the nature of the business.

There is not a single "pro" to be listed.

Cons

The entire corporate office is beyond ignorant. Completely out of touch with reality, price gouging customers trying to raise profit margins for the non profit. Everyday at any second one call from corporate and there is a change to how everything has to be done, usually causing more issues only to blame people who had nothing to do with their ideas. They don't let the store manager be a store manager.. in fact, I'll sum up everything you need to know in one sentence.. they went as far as to install systems to remotely control the thermostat from their comfy corporate office. Imagine not just the employees but the customers constantly complaining. That is how out of touch with reality they all are.
