Pros

Disabled people are hired to give them a CHANCE at developing skills. Middle managers are kind and try to help you succeed. Employees are treated with respect and not yelled at for failing. Pay is prompt and complete. If you need a day off, or half a day, they work with you to let you make it up during the week so you're not missing pay. If you have problems doing your tasks, they try to help find ways to solve those problems.

Cons

Disabled people are expected to eventually keep up with typical people in meeting "quotas" at the same rate of speed as others. These quotas are impossible for some disabled people to meet. Upper management does not care if you are trying your best - if you fail to meet the "normal" quota you are dismissed.

Pros

There is not a single "pro" to be listed.

Cons

The entire corporate office is beyond ignorant. Completely out of touch with reality, price gouging customers trying to raise profit margins for the non profit. Everyday at any second one call from corporate and there is a change to how everything has to be done, usually causing more issues only to blame people who had nothing to do with their ideas. They don't let the store manager be a store manager.. in fact, I'll sum up everything you need to know in one sentence.. they went as far as to install systems to remotely control the thermostat from their comfy corporate office. Imagine not just the employees but the customers constantly complaining. That is how out of touch with reality they all are.
