Pros

I have 2 disabilities (PTSD +POTS) that make it very difficult to work a normal office job due to unpredictable nausea, dizziness, and exhaustion. This is the first place I've worked where almost every employee has some type of disability, and it's not the end of the world if I have to call in sick or reschedule shifts. I wish every workplace was like this!

Cons

It is a very repetitive job and if you're the type of person who needs new, challenging tasks to stay invigorated, you're not gonna have a good time. But if you're the kind of person who enjoys leaving your work at work, being able to listen to podcasts all day, and doing really easy repetitive tasks, then you'll love this place.

Pros

There is not a single "pro" to be listed.

Cons

The entire corporate office is beyond ignorant. Completely out of touch with reality, price gouging customers trying to raise profit margins for the non profit. Everyday at any second one call from corporate and there is a change to how everything has to be done, usually causing more issues only to blame people who had nothing to do with their ideas. They don't let the store manager be a store manager.. in fact, I'll sum up everything you need to know in one sentence.. they went as far as to install systems to remotely control the thermostat from their comfy corporate office. Imagine not just the employees but the customers constantly complaining. That is how out of touch with reality they all are.
