Pros
The "non-profit" offers ok benefits, and if you brownnose hard enough you will move quickly in the company with amazing pay, with no knowledge of what you really are doing!!! This job is great for brownnosers or high school graduates looking for partime or summer job that's it!!!!
Cons
The real hard-working people are degraded to being described as an assembly-line nothing else. Many people do not get their annual review for years so don't get a raise and then get tricked into signing a waiver to not get back-pay, because their former manager who brownnosed their way up the chain never gave them a raise. Those people received a raise of 5 to 10 cents!!!! So don't expect any respect unless you know how to play manipulative games with those above you, and make sure you beat them at it!
