      Disorganized, under valued, not rewarded for work over and above job description, salaries on the low end of the scale, poor team spirit in Advance Ontario program, H.R. not helpful when complaints are raised.

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
