      Focused on each individual in what they need for success. Promotes from within. Encourages growth through training and learning. Supportive environment that helps meets employee needs even in their home lives. Longevity of employment.

      Cons

      Nonprofit pay scale. Some positions do not lead to growth. Medical benefits are mediocre at best.

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
