      Not working there and seeing the higher ups mistreating the workers.

      Cons

      Changing company policy to fit their needs at that moment. Constant lies No communication More lies Low pay, hazardous work sighing through donation bins with rodent feces and then told to put the stuff out on the same floor anyways

      Pros

      Great manager and team members. Flexible work schedule and easy workplace. I am familiar in local community and its work culture.

      Cons

      Slow response from Goodwill hiring management. Even though their career website have available job positions in locations where I live nearby, but I wish I get response from hiring management to have an interview and move forward with hiring process.
