Pros

You get 30% off but at other locations. You can't shop at the location you work at; which is ridiculous.

Cons

They do not care about safety, you're doing various things/hard labor; it's REALLY PHYSICAL WORK, all for $12 an hour. Some locations may pay $12.50 but still, they want you to be an Avenger for $12 and my location were not even giving us 40hours. So ... "To each his own." If you like hard work for little money, go for it. It's hard work when you actually work, for the people who are just there taking up space then I guess it would be the best job.

Pros

There is not a single "pro" to be listed.

Cons

The entire corporate office is beyond ignorant. Completely out of touch with reality, price gouging customers trying to raise profit margins for the non profit. Everyday at any second one call from corporate and there is a change to how everything has to be done, usually causing more issues only to blame people who had nothing to do with their ideas. They don't let the store manager be a store manager.. in fact, I'll sum up everything you need to know in one sentence.. they went as far as to install systems to remotely control the thermostat from their comfy corporate office. Imagine not just the employees but the customers constantly complaining. That is how out of touch with reality they all are.
