Pros

Tasks are pretty easy to understand and learning how to operate the register is simple. Direct supervisors are easy to talk to if you need help as is the ASM.

Cons

If you're a cashier you have to keep your change round-ups above 50%, if they fall below that you get reprimanded and if you get too many they will fire you. This solely relies on generosity of customers so if you have a week where you don't get many then you get in trouble

Pros

There is not a single "pro" to be listed.

Cons

The entire corporate office is beyond ignorant. Completely out of touch with reality, price gouging customers trying to raise profit margins for the non profit. Everyday at any second one call from corporate and there is a change to how everything has to be done, usually causing more issues only to blame people who had nothing to do with their ideas. They don't let the store manager be a store manager.. in fact, I'll sum up everything you need to know in one sentence.. they went as far as to install systems to remotely control the thermostat from their comfy corporate office. Imagine not just the employees but the customers constantly complaining. That is how out of touch with reality they all are.
