Pros

Easy work and friendly customers for the most part. Pay wasn't bad for what you do.

Cons

Co-workers were cool people but lazy. The store manager was completely useless. She never wanted to help out if you were overwhelmed with work and the same rules around the store that applies to everyone doesn't apply to her. Hypocritical.

There is not a single "pro" to be listed.

Cons

The entire corporate office is beyond ignorant. Completely out of touch with reality, price gouging customers trying to raise profit margins for the non profit. Everyday at any second one call from corporate and there is a change to how everything has to be done, usually causing more issues only to blame people who had nothing to do with their ideas. They don't let the store manager be a store manager.. in fact, I'll sum up everything you need to know in one sentence.. they went as far as to install systems to remotely control the thermostat from their comfy corporate office. Imagine not just the employees but the customers constantly complaining. That is how out of touch with reality they all are.
