higher ups suck, but the store management is cool. oh and the pay is quite bad by current standards. - Utility Goodwill Employee Review

Pros

great staff. flexible hours. a good workout. more bearable than most jobs in the wage range.

Cons

Never get what you need to keep the store running whether it's space, supplies, tools, or proper structures. Have to do stuff in ways that make things way harder, frequently. exhausting. they try to run a skeleton crew for everything. eventually, the feeling that you're doing something good wears off, because you realize it's just another business. $10 an hour is not enough at all.

Pros

Great manager and team members. Flexible work schedule and easy workplace. I am familiar in local community and its work culture.

Cons

Slow response from Goodwill hiring management. Even though their career website have available job positions in locations where I live nearby, but I wish I get response from hiring management to have an interview and move forward with hiring process.
