Pros

They give you a chance when you are down. Workers work well together.

Cons

If you are working at a Goodwill Outlet location it is more like a labor job than a retail job. They pace of the work makes you very tired and for that reason you get paid slightly more than a retail associate working somewhere else. You are also expected to rush through your task to constantly rush products out to the floor.

Pros

There is not a single "pro" to be listed.

Cons

The entire corporate office is beyond ignorant. Completely out of touch with reality, price gouging customers trying to raise profit margins for the non profit. Everyday at any second one call from corporate and there is a change to how everything has to be done, usually causing more issues only to blame people who had nothing to do with their ideas. They don't let the store manager be a store manager.. in fact, I'll sum up everything you need to know in one sentence.. they went as far as to install systems to remotely control the thermostat from their comfy corporate office. Imagine not just the employees but the customers constantly complaining. That is how out of touch with reality they all are.
